Privacy

This is a short page because there is not much to disclose. Slipwork does not run a cookie banner, because nothing on this site sets a cookie. It loads no advertising scripts and no cross-site trackers. It runs no analytics at all. The one third-party embed that can appear, the booking calendar on /book, gets its own section. Here is what actually happens when you use the site.

The audit form

Submitting the audit form on /audit sends three things to an automation platform (n8n) that we run ourselves: the problem description you typed, the tools you selected, and your email address. There is no name field, so the payload does not include your name unless you write it into the free-text description yourself. That platform is what turns your submission into the written audit and any follow-up. When the form is offered by email instead, nothing is sent anywhere until you send the email yourself.

The form is also rate limited per network address, so one connection cannot flood it. That means the server keeps a count against your IP address in memory for a few minutes and then forgets it. The count is never written to disk, never part of what is sent to the automation platform, and not used to identify or profile you.

If the webhook cannot be reached

If that automation platform is unreachable at the moment you submit, the same payload (your problem description, tool selections, and email) is written to our own server logs instead of being discarded. That exists so a submission is recoverable and you get a reply even if the webhook was down when you sent it, rather than the form silently losing your details.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics, and loads no tracking or advertising scripts. There is no session, no visitor ID, and nothing that follows you between pages. There is exactly one third-party embed anywhere on the site, and it is described below.

The booking embed on /book

The /book page embeds a Cal.com scheduling iframe. It loads only on /book, and only after that page has already rendered in your browser. From that point Cal.com receives your IP address and browser details in the normal course of serving the iframe, and may set its own cookies or storage under its own domain. Anything you type into it (a name, an email, a time) goes to Cal.com, not through this site, and is covered by Cal.com’s privacy policy rather than this page. If you never open /book, none of that happens.

If anything else third-party is ever added, this page changes with it, before it ships.
