Dental practice workflow automation
A practice runs on admin that only happens because somebody remembers to do it: chasing a form, confirming a booking, following up a plan the patient never came back for. We automate the remembering. A dental group was one of three clients onboarded on a build where 214 reminders went out and none came from a person.
What this looks like before we arrive
- New enquiries sit in an inbox while the phone is being answered
- Forms are chased by whoever has a free minute, which some weeks is nobody
- Nobody can say which of last month's enquiries turned into treatment

Questions we get asked
Does this touch our practice management software?
We work around it. Some practice systems are not built to be automated against, so the automation sits in the layer above: the inbox, the CRM, the forms, the reminders. The clinical record stays where it is.
Have you actually done this for a dental practice?
A dental group was one of three clients onboarded on the build below, alongside a plumbing firm and a care-home operator. That was onboarding rather than clinical admin, and we would rather say so than imply a project we have not done.
Which part of your operation eats the most hours each week?
